The company

A quiet Islamabad practice, with a long memory.

We are a family-founded firm that grew — deliberately, project by project — into a full-service construction and real-estate practice. We turn down more work than we accept.

What we live by

Four rules. Kept privately. Applied publicly.

01

Craft over volume

We would rather deliver eight buildings a decade well than eighty poorly. Every joint, every junction is a decision — not a default.

02

Paper before pour

Feasibility, cost band, structural set and legal file must all be closed before the first excavator moves. The dirt is the cheap part.

03

One point of accountability

The name on the contract is the name that picks up the phone. No sub-contractor blame graphs, no clever finger-pointing.

04

Reports the client can read

Weekly progress, weekly cost, monthly forecast. Not four-hundred-page PDFs — one page you can read on a phone.

The long line

Eighteen years, told plainly.

  1. 2007

Founded as a two-partner practice in Rawalpindi.

  2. 2012

First mixed-use commercial handover; opened Islamabad company.

  3. 2016

In-house architecture and MEP integrated under one roof.

  4. 2019

Crossed one million square feet of delivered built area.

  5. 2022

Investment and legal desks formalised for institutional clients.

  6. 2025

Sharif Heights hands over three days early. On to the next.
